What began as a personal pursuit gradually grew into a shared vision. In 2015, Akshat started as a freelance photographer, working alongside distinguished wedding professionals and learning the discipline and rhythm of Indian weddings. Those early years were not just about capturing images, but about understanding tradition, emotion, and the responsibility of preserving once-in-a-lifetime moments.
By 2019, that experience evolved into Akshat Photography — a studio built on intention and trust. What began as an individual craft became a refined team dedicated to documenting destination and culturally rich weddings across India. From intimate ceremonies to multi-day celebrations set in heritage venues, our work expanded with both scale and sensitivity.
We are inspired by the passion couples bring to their weddings — the care in every detail and the emotion behind every ritual. In return, we offer experience, calm presence, and thoughtful storytelling, blending professionalism with genuine warmth.
Our purpose remains simple: to create photographs and films that continue to breathe long after the celebration ends. With over 11 years in the industry and more than 450 weddings documented, our journey is rooted in gratitude and the privilege of preserving stories meant to be cherished for generations.

A camera, gifted at the right moment, changed the course of Akshat’s life. What began as curiosity soon grew into a quiet passion, pursued alongside academics and the uncertain energy of teenage years. During a time when photography was becoming a growing trend in Bhopal — with young creators sharing their work across emerging social platforms — Akshat chose persistence over popularity.
With patience, consistency, and a deepening love for the craft, that early fascination evolved into purpose. In 2019, Akshat Kapoor Photography was formally established as a studio — marking the transition from passion to profession, and laying the foundation for a journey rooted in dedication and storytelling.
2o19 – 2025
Today, a team of ten professionals manages the studio’s operations, transforming what began as a solo pursuit into a well-structured creative enterprise. This growth reflects not only artistic evolution but also a deep operational understanding of large-scale wedding productions.
Each team member brings a distinct strength to the craft — from aerial drone cinematography and traditional ritual coverage to cinematic filming, seamless coordination, editing, storytelling, and brand presentation. Together, we work with precision and pride, ensuring that every celebration is documented with consistency, clarity, and refined execution.
